Yeah... so I've got a new style that I've been working out. :) Basically I'm combining my love for- portraits, pen, randomosity, and tattoo/twisty swirly desgins. These are three examples of them so far.

I don't really have much to say about my art style at the moment... it's pretty basic, and I'm actually getting some work done in class. I'm thinking WAY too much about my projects and thus killing them but it's alright. 'Every little thing is gunna be all right....'

Although, life is confusing....

Like, me and a friend realized something the other day- okay, mostly me, but my friend contributed- that today's media is fucking with our MINDS. Haha, just kidding. We already knew that. What I didn't realize before was that the gay media focuses on indiscrimination and the bad parts of being gay waaaay too much- like, with most movies starring homosexual characters, you have to sit through two hours of HATE, PAIN, DEATH, HATE, STUPIDITY, and (mostly the lesbian movies directed towards the bigoted male population) lesbian PORN. Although a lot these movies are based on fact (hate, pain, death, discrimination, etc.), it's kinda depressing and for a youngin' such as myself- that's blossoming in this fucked up world- it doesn't leave a very happy impression on life. It's like... yes, I see that in the future I will be discriminated against, but until then, I'm not being hurt now and would rather think happy thoughts than 'GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH HATE HATE HATE WISH I WAS HETERO HATE HATE GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.' .... we need more happy gay movies. Just sayin'.

Another thing- why do the people I date 1. do drugs 2. steal things 3. cheat on girlfriends or 4. have a fucked up childhood? Yes, Lake Oswego is natorious for having messed up parents raising fucked up children- but COME ON. (not dissing anyone specifically... just the general-i-ness of my expriences) It's like, 'hey, you seem pretty cool and you like me back' 'yeah! let's date!' 'woo hoo!' 'Yeah! and ignore the decomposing bodies in my closet!' '... okay...' 'and the mutilated puppy' '...okay...' 'I love you... and also ignore my hand as I steal your ipod....' '......................................................................................no.'
